our own photo shoot

Last weekend, my friend Audra and I had made plans to attend a photo shoot with our local photography club. We were pretty disappointed when it got canceled, so we decided to create our own little photo session using our kids. It worked out that we could get together during 'golden hour', the magical time just before sunset. It was fun to play around with the light in different areas of this park, and C was extra cooperative because it wasn't just me giving instructions. Well, it probably helped, too, that her bud was there to run around with between shots.
