After reading my last post where I talked about being inspired to try nighttime photography, my husband asked why I hadn't posted one of those photos. I was happy to go back to my folder of photos that I took in France to find this one. In March, we took the whole family to Nice to visit my brother and sister-in-law. Since my parents were there with us, we were able to get out one night to take some photos of the famous Hotel Negresco and the cars whizzing down the main drag along the coast. To get this shot, I steadied myself against a pole, slowed my shutter speed down, and waited for some traffic. I love how the taillights give a sense of movement. I can't wait to try some paint with light photos that use a similar method!
